Chop cucumbers, carrots and spring onions into fine dices.

Heat the oil in a pan, break in the whole eggs, and quickly break them up with a shovel. You don't need to break them up first, just fry them, so that the fried frangipani will be very crumbly.

Pour the cucumber and carrot cubes into the pot and stir-fry quickly until they change color.

Pour in the rice and add 2 tablespoons of salt. I used rice with oats in it. Rice with oats is better when fried than rice without oats.

Stir-fry the rice for a few minutes, stir-fry all the ingredients evenly, add chopped green onion before serving, and it is ready to serve.
