Hot and sour griddle cauliflower
Overview

Prepare cauliflower, tomatoes, mushrooms, green onions, and pork

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and the green onion into sections

Cut the tomatoes and mushrooms as well

Use oyster sauce, fresh soy sauce, chili sauce, and sugar to make a sauce (it’s also good to add a slice of lemon)

First put some garlic and stir-fry the aroma

Then add the cauliflower

Sauté until the cauliflower is soft (don’t overcook it)
