Get the ingredients ready.

Place potatoes into pot and add water. After boiling over high heat, change to xiaohuo

Rinse the cooked potatoes with cold water and peel them while they are still hot.

Cut the potatoes into slices about 1 cm.

Place the butter on the preheated baking pan.

After the butter melts, add the sliced potatoes.

Fry one side until golden brown, then turn over and continue frying.
