Cut potatoes into cubes, cut green and red peppers into large pieces, shred ginger, and slice garlic

Put the spareribs in a pot under cold water, add green onion knots, boil until the bleeding water drains out and drain

Heat oil in a pan, add pork ribs and stir-fry

Stir-fry the pork ribs over high heat until slightly charred
