Chop the garlic seeds into mince, put them in a bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and balsamic vinegar.

Wash the okra, cut off the stems, pour boiling water into the pot, take it out for 2 minutes, pour in cold water and rinse. Cut into water chestnuts and serve on a plate
