Flaxseed oil low sugar bread
Overview
This is specially customized for my mother with mild diabetes: sugar-reduced vegetarian oil bread; I have tried this recipe many times, and have practiced it in different seasons; fermentation in seasons with high temperatures is easier and takes a shorter time than in winter; because the bread has less sugar: the fermentation height has never been ideal, but the internal structure and taste are very good, and it is also very nutritious, which is very popular with my mother~~~

Prepare all ingredients

Place salt and sugar diagonally, pour egg mixture and linseed oil in the middle

Then pour in milk, flour and yeast in sequence

Start: Kneading program for the second time

Roll into a ball, cover with film and ferment in a warm place until 2.5 times in size

Take out the air and roll it into a big circle. Let the cover film loosen for 15 minutes

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a long tongue shape

After turning it over, fold it in half up and down towards the middle

Turn the direction down and roll it into a rectangular shape
