Knead all ingredients except butter into a smooth dough, then add melted butter and continue kneading into a smooth dough that can form a film

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until 2 to 3 times in size

Knead into equal parts and let stand for 15 minutes

Shape it into a long strip, turn it over and put it into the mold for final fermentation

Ferment until the mold is eighty percent full. Brush the surface with melted butter. Put in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, lower rack, 30 minutes

Cool off the way out.
