Braised pork ribs
Overview
The Heinz creative recipe collection activity has ended, but the love for ketchup will never end~~~We are going to have a holiday this evening and go home in the evening~~~~At noon, I made a braised pork ribs for myself! What an accident. I added salt twice, but it’s okay. It’s just right when eaten with rice! (I usually like to eat braised pork ribs as a snack, hehe)

Let’s gather the main ingredients~~~
-
After blanching the ribs, marinate with salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce for a while;
-
Heat oil in a pot until it is five minutes hot, add ginger slices, garlic cloves, Sichuan peppercorns, and dried chili peppers, and saute until fragrant;
-
Pour in the pork ribs and fry until they change color;
-
Pour into a small bowl of water, a spoonful of sugar, an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, and bring to a boil over low heat;
-
When the soup thickens slightly, squeeze in the tomato paste, simmer over low heat to reduce the juice, and then serve on a plate.
