Shopee Chives Egg Box
Overview
Leeks are rich in flavor and nutritious, and I like them no matter how I eat them. The dry-roasted boxes are crispy and delicious, and the leeks are full of aroma. They are only seasoned with shrimp skin and salt, which fully reflects the taste of the ingredients. It is delicious without too much seasoning

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add 90 degree boiling water to the flour and stir until it becomes flocculent
-
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes
-
Wash the leeks, drain them, chop them into small pieces, add cooking oil and mix well so that each piece of leeks is coated in the oil, so that the leeks will not produce too much soup
-
Add the scrambled eggs, a little salt and a large handful of shrimp skin and mix well (you can taste it for saltiness)
-
Mixed stuffing
-
Sprinkle a little flour on the surface to prevent sticking, take out the dough and knead it until smooth, roll it into a long strip, divide it into evenly sized balls, and roll it into a thin pancake, the size is as you like
-
Take a piece of skin and put it into the leek filling
-
Align both sides and pinch
-
Knead the lace, see the steps in the picture for kneading method. It is not difficult at all. (You can also pinch the lace without kneading.) Fold the edge of the box up and pinch it gently. Continue to fold the second edge and pinch it, and so on. Repeat this action to form a spike-shaped lace
-
The lace leek box is not only beautiful, but also won’t explode when fried
-
Brush the pan with a little oil and put the leek box
-
Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides
