The Matcha White Chocolate Sandwich Ball Biscuits are adapted from the recipe of Mr. Nakajima, the master of Japanese baking. Many of Mr. Nakajima’s recipes pursue healthy desserts without butter and less oil. They are less burdensome to eat, without annoying high sugar, high fat, or high calories, and the taste is crispy and not greasy. The wide variety of ingredients make them as nutritious as three meals a day, simple and friendly, allowing people to not only taste delicious food, but also experience a full sense of happiness.
