Chopped garlic cloves

Wash and grate cucumber

Add water to the pot, add chicken breasts, cook, remove and let cool

Tear the cooked chicken breast into small strips and chop the dried radish

Heat oil in a wok, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, pour in the noodle sauce, stir-fry over low heat, add a little water and bring to a boil.

In another pot, add water and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, pour in the rice noodles and blanch for about 1 minute, remove and put into a bowl

Add shredded chicken and cucumber, drizzle with sauce, and finally sprinkle with chopped dried radish, and the noodles are done.
