Roast and peel the peanuts in the microwave or oven.

Chop with a knife and set aside.

After the egg whites are beaten into rough foam with an electric egg beater, add fine sugar and lemon juice in three batches, and beat quickly until 90% fluffy.

Sift in the flour and add the chopped peanuts.

Use a spatula to mix into a uniform batter.

Use a spoon (the same spoon I use to scoop out ice cream) to scoop out an appropriate amount of batter.

Place on a baking sheet lined with oilcloth.

Use a small spoon dipped in a little water and flatten slightly in a circular motion.

Preheat the oven, bake slowly at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes, then continue baking at 120 degrees for about 15 minutes (the temperature is adjusted by your own oven), turn off the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
