Braised pork with fried tofu
Overview
Spicy red millet with minced garlic, mixed with fried tofu and meat. The gluten oil tofu has a smooth and delicate texture. The first bite tastes like freshly soaked yuba in a hot pot, mixed with soup and chewed together, and like fried dough sticks soaked in Malatang.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the meat into cubes and add appropriate amount of soy sauce, or not.
-
Then cut the fried tofu in half to make it easier for the soup to enter.
-
Cut off the millet and mince the garlic.
-
Put oil in the pot, heat until it is 80% hot, add chili segments and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add the meat and fry for a while.
-
Then add the fried tofu, add water, and add an appropriate amount of salt. This salt is the key to determining the taste. Cover the pot and simmer for two minutes to get it out of the pot. You can also simmer the noodles with hot water inside.
