Egg and Scallion Pancake

I failed to make fried dough sticks last time, so I always want to make it again. My daughter wants to eat scallion pancakes today, so why not give it a try with fried dough sticks?

Prepare the dough stick noodles. This is the dough I made with flour, dough dough mix, yeast and sugar. There is a heater at this time, and I will wake up quickly if I put it on the heater.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll the dough into about 8cm pieces, the thinner the better.

Heat the oil (more oil than you usually add when cooking), break the eggs into the oil, and you will see the eggs explode quickly.

Sprinkle chopped green onion on the surface of the eggs and quickly place the dough on top. (I didn’t take the photo properly at this step, and the screen went black.)

This is the fried scallion egg pancake. Very fragrant, with a hint of green onion. (If it’s spring, it will taste better with green onions.)
