Flower Rose Bread
Overview
Western flower rose cake? Stuffing the most traditional and Chinese flower rose cake filling into bread, this noodle dish is considered to be the most representative of Western diet, what will be the result of the collision? I put Teacher Meng's bean paste bread dough on the flower and rose stuffing. When I was filling it, I was worried that there would be too much stuffing, so that there would only be a thin layer of dough. Unexpectedly, the final result was very good, and there was no feeling of imbalance. The portion is very small, only 110 grams of flour is used, but it is divided into 4 pieces. Each one is so small and round, and looks really cute.

Dough ingredients

Mix the dough ingredients except butter

Stir until slightly smooth and add butter

Deflate the air, divide into 4 equal parts, roll into balls, and let rest for 10 minutes
