  1. Two noodles, one boiled with spinach juice and one ordinary hot noodles with meatballs, cabbage and mushrooms. The filling is simple, I won’t go into details

  2. Blanch the spinach and roll it into a rectangular shape. Roll the white flour into long strips and wrap them up like in the picture

  3. I forgot to take a photo in the middle, so I rolled out the piece and wrapped the white and green edges in the middle and pinched five corners

  4. Adjust one leaf to touch the bottom of the next leaf and connect it slightly

  5. Use a toothpick to press out the leaf texture

  6. Place carrots on the bottom to prevent sticking
