BBQ flavored fried chicken feet
Overview
My family all likes to eat chicken feet, usually with a lot of sauce. This time I changed the taste and used cumin and Xiangqi sauce to stir-fry a barbecue-flavored chicken feet. It was really delicious, with the flavor of barbecue in the sauce. I ate the full plate in one go, leaving a little bit unfinished.

Clean chicken feet

Add appropriate amount of water to the wok, add onions, ginger, and peppercorns and cook for 10 minutes

Remove the cooked chicken feet and drain them

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok
