Cut the tomatoes and ham into cubes, shred the onions and baby cabbage, put the udon noodles in the pot and cook for one minute

When the oil is hot, add ham and onions and fry for a minute. Add baby cabbage and tomatoes and continue to stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of water and curry, stir-fry continuously until the curry cubes melt
