Add flour, yeast, salt and sugar to 35 degree water and stir evenly.

Beat with an electric mixer on the lowest setting for 5 minutes. (I use a whisk)

Add room temperature butter and stir for 5 minutes

Mix and make a dough

Let it ferment for 1 hour at a temperature of 45 degrees. I use the low temperature setting of the oven and put a cup of water in it

Ferment until doubled

Exhaust air

Divide the dough into 40g rounds and let rest for 10 minutes

Use chopsticks to press a long, deep indentation on the dough

Place evenly on the baking sheet

Secondary fermentation at 35 degrees for 40 minutes

In a preheated oven at 200 degrees, put in the secondary fermented small dinner bags and bake for 12-13 minutes

Put some powdered sugar on the surface of the baked bar.
