Orange Cream Puff
Overview
When I went to the pastry shop in the past, my daughter always liked to eat puffs. Since she bought an oven last year and learned how to bake, she almost doesn’t go there anymore. I have made cakes, bread, cookies, etc., but I have never made puffs. This was my first time making puffs, and it was relatively successful. It had a crispy skin and some of my favorite fruits and cream inside. It was really delicious. In the future, use yogurt instead of cream to lower the calories

Turn to low heat, pour in the flour all at once, stir quickly until the flour and water are completely combined, turn off the heat

When the flour has cooled to a point where it is no longer hot to the touch, pour in the egg liquid in batches, stirring each time until the eggs are fully absorbed into the batter before adding the next one

The egg liquid in the recipe does not have to be completely used up. Use chopsticks to lift the batter until it forms an inverted triangle and does not slip

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, bake the upper and lower heat at 210 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Take it out and let it cool, cut it into pieces and put your favorite fillings in the middle
