Steps

  1. Put the flour in warm water and put the yeast to ferment for an hour. I put a hot water bottle on the bottom of the basin and wrapped it in a mattress. It has always been successful every time

Add rock sugar and stir-fry until the rock sugar melts. Pour in cold water to cover the pork belly. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. Add three dried chili peppers
