Wash the lychees, then peel and core them [I think it’s troublesome to use canned lychees, but now that lychees are in season, it’s better to use fresh ones]

Peel and devein the prawns, marinate with salt and ginger powder and coat with a little dry starch. The shrimp itself is very delicious without adding too much seasoning
