Boil konjac in water and cook for about 10 minutes after the water boils.

Wash the peanuts with clean water.

Put the peanuts in cold oil in a cold pan and stir-fry over low heat.

Fry the peanuts and set aside.

Dice konjac.

Cut the dried chilies into small sections, slice the ginger, and cut the garlic sprouts into sections.
