Steps
-
To prepare the ingredients, just buy the minced meat. Olive vegetables are generally sold in supermarkets.
-
Wash the cowpeas, remove the heads and tails, and cut them into small sections. You can also cut them into cubes if you like. Blanch the cowpeas for three minutes, then drain and set aside.
-
Stir-fry the minced meat directly. Pork itself is oily. You can add no oil or less oil and a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Then when the meat turns white, add a spoonful of Laoganma and two spoons of olives. These two are enough to add enough oil.
-
Add the cowpeas and continue frying for three minutes, add light soy sauce for color, and add a little sugar to enhance the flavor. A small amount of sugar can bring out the salty flavor.
-
Fry for three to five minutes until it changes color and becomes fragrant. Then you can take it out of the pan. There is no need to add salt or consume oil, because the olives themselves are very salty and Laoganma oil is also very heavy. Of course, if you have a stronger taste, you can add more seasonings.
-
Finally, the fragrant meal is ready! What are you waiting for? Just put the rice on it and let’s start!
