This bright red color, sweet and sour tomato meat soup is my favorite, mainly because I like to eat tomatoes. It is an absolute pleasure to eat it when I have nothing to do

Prepare the ingredients

Slice chicken breast and pork. Slice tomatoes. Slice green pepper. Add egg white and cornstarch to the meat and mix well

Heat the oil in the pan and cut the two kinds of meat slices. The meat slices turn white, control the oil and remove them

Add oil to another pan, add tomato paste and stir-fry until flavourful

Add salt, cooking wine, stock, minced ginger and green pepper
-
After the stock boils, add tomatoes and meat slices, stir-fry for a while and then add cornstarch water
-
Plate it and you’re ready to eat
