Overview
Watermelon rind, also known as watermelon green clothing. It is the outer peel of watermelon, a cucurbit plant. The peel contains wax and sugar. Fruit juice contains citrulline, betaine, malic acid, fructose, glucose, sucrose, lycopene, vitamin C, etc. It is cool in nature and sweet in taste. It can clear away heat, relieve thirst, and facilitate urination. It is used for polydipsia due to summer heat, short red urine, edema, and sores on the mouth and tongue. This melon skin porridge has the effect of eliminating edema. When you drink it, it tastes light and refreshing, with a glutinous rice aroma and a hint of sweetness, which is very good.

Prepare glutinous rice and japonica rice.
