Dried jujube crispy strips
Overview
In order to get rid of the donkey-hide gelatin dates at home as soon as possible, I have been using them frequently to make snacks and bread recently. Since the donkey-hide gelatin dates themselves are very sweet, the amount of sugar used is very small, which does not affect the taste at all.
