Braided Bread
Overview
Recently, I have fallen in love with making bread, and I have tried making various shapes. Unfortunately, I am not naturally good at making bread. Every time I make bread, the shape is ugly. Although it doesn’t look good, it tastes good.

Add eggs, sugar and cooked pumpkin

Add flour and yeast and start the kneading program of the bread machine

After kneading the dough once, add butter and start the kneading process again

Fermented dough

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into thin strips

Put three thin strips together and braid them

The braided bread (three braids are used on the front and back, and four braids are used on the middle one)

Put in the oven for secondary fermentation

After secondary fermentation, brush the surface with a layer of egg wash

Place in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes
