Small square toast with sesame filling
Overview
Two super hemp pancakes with fragrant sesame filling. After eating the first one with great fun, the second one seemed a bit boring and difficult. One day, I had a sudden idea to take out the stuffing and wrap it in bread. The bread will probably be very fragrant. As for the skin, if you really don’t want to eat it, just feed it to the dog. I happened to have a school cooking cube, so I had a small square toast with sesame filling. I didn’t think much about it, I was rolling out the dough and thinking about how to shape it. Roll it out into a large piece and spread it with sesame filling. It feels like the filling is a little loose and easy to fall off when shaping. Finally, I simply folded it into three parts, left and right, up and down, and made it into a square pillow. It seemed to fit well in the Water Cube toast box. Corrugated toast box, I want a small cube with six sides of corrugation. The temperature was getting lower and I was too optimistic about the dough's rising power. As a result, two sides failed to expand sufficiently. Let cool before cutting, and see what the Chinese dim sum sesame filling looks like when stuffed into the bread. The sesame filling is still very fragrant, but the taste always reminds me of moon cakes. Perhaps it is not possible to stuff moon cakes into bread so simply.
