Pork Stuffed Green Peppers
Overview
This dish was made by Niu Niu when she first came out to work and lived with her. It is said that one time I had a dinner out with friends and ordered this dish. It was the first time I ate it and it tasted really good, so I made it for me to eat. Later I actually fell in love with this dish.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop the pork into pieces and marinate with appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and cornstarch. Cut the green peppers, remove the seeds with chopsticks, and stuff the marinated meat into the green peppers.
-
Heat oil in a pan and fry the green peppers. The oil needs to be hot and the fire needs to be low. I am not using a pan, so I have to tilt the pan repeatedly to fry.
-
Once one side is cooked, turn over and continue frying on the other side.
-
After frying, put it on a plate
-
There is still a little bit of the marinated minced meat left, stir-fry it with the remaining oil in the pot. When it is cooked, add salt, soy sauce, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, and then add a little vinegar to make a sauce
-
Just pour the juice onto the green peppers and it's ready.
