Overview

This chocolate lava cake is very simple. The key lies in the heat. If the heat is higher, the inside will be solid. If the heat is lower, it will not be shaped. I went to the pastry shop to check it out. I felt that I was very satisfied with the heat. It was neither too liquid nor dry. If you like it, just take a look. I used Junzhi’s recipe:

  1. Prepare all materials

  3. Melt chocolate and butter over water. I used half of the chocolate with 70% cocoa butter and the other with 35% milk cocoa butter chocolate

  12. Turn the heat up and down to 220 degrees and bake for 8 minutes. If you like it to be more fluid, bake for 6 minutes. If you like it to be more mature, bake for 10 minutes.
