Wash the cabbage and cut into squares about 4*4cm in size.

Peel a clove of garlic and cut into slices. Set aside for cooking.

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves to the pan.

Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry. Stir fry for a minute and add a spoonful of salt.

Add half a spoonful of chicken essence, an appropriate amount of light soy sauce to adjust the color, and an appropriate amount not to season.
