Mango Snow Skin Mooncake Filling
Overview
Most fruit fillings use winter melon, which contains very little fruit. I made a real fruit filling by myself. It was my first time to make it. I used Chengfen, glutinous rice flour and milk powder to make the filling. It has a sweet, soft and glutinous texture and a strong mango aroma when you bite it. My family loves it, especially the children.

Prepare all materials

Mango pulp

Add mango and sugar into a cooking cup and squeeze into puree

Add salad oil and stir until emulsified, sift in starch powder, milk powder and glutinous rice flour

Mix well

After the water boils, steam it for 10 minutes

Take out, stir and steam for 5 minutes

Take it out to cool or refrigerate, and use all the ingredients to make 320g of filling

30g each makes 10 mooncake fillings.
