A small sprig of broccoli.

Soak in salt water for twenty minutes.

Ginger, onion, garlic, crushed millet and pepper.

Blanch it in boiling water until it turns green and take it out.

Place in cold water to cool down, remove and drain.

Put onions, ginger, garlic, millet and pepper in a small dish.

Season with appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.
