【Black Pepper Salmon】
Overview
The fried salmon I made today has just the right heat, the moisture is perfectly locked in, and it is extremely tender in the mouth. The cooked aroma and the taste of sashimi are perfectly combined. It is wonderful! If you buy good-quality chilled salmon, you will still dip it in light soy sauce or mustard most of the time. Salmon is extremely delicious when eaten raw. The meat is tight, rich in oil, smooth and tender, and has extremely high nutritional value!

Wash the salmon and drain it with kitchen towel
-
Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and crushed black pepper evenly, squeeze in lemon juice and marinate for 10 minutes
-
Heat a pan, pour in olive oil, and gently add steamed potato slices
-
Fry until both sides are golden brown (sprinkle some fine salt and crushed black pepper to taste when each side is fried until slightly brown), scoop up
-
Wipe the pot, pour in appropriate amount of olive oil and heat it
-
Add marinated salmon
-
Turn to medium heat and fry for 1 minute, turn over gently, and fry for another minute
-
There were side dishes on the plate today that were not heated, so I put them on the spatula for 5 minutes to prevent water from leaking due to the temperature difference
-
Nutritious, delicious and incredibly tender!

When eating, the potatoes were more popular than the fish because they had a lot of Thousand Island dressing on them...
