Fried onion rings
Overview
If you have bread crumbs, fried onion rings or other rings at home, it is a very simple matter. The best thing about onion rings is that they are made from simple ingredients and are of high quality and low price - cut the onions into rings, coat them with a layer of dry starch, dip them in egg liquid and bread crumbs, and fry them in warm oil. They will be golden in color, crispy on the outside and crispy on the inside. They are perfect with wine and tea. Although it is fried food, it is still much healthier than takeout snacks.

Peel off the skin of the onion, wash it, and cut it into large thick slices of about 1cm;

Beat the eggs with a little salt and set aside; put the bread crumbs into a slightly larger container and set aside;

After everything is wrapped, let it sit for 5 or 6 minutes to allow the bread crumbs to stick more firmly;

Pour oil into the pan and when it is 50% or 60% hot, add onion rings and fry until the surface is crispy and golden;
