1. 1 Wash the pears and cut into small pieces and set aside.

   

2. 2 Soak the white fungus in cold water for 30 minutes, peel the longan, wash the wolfberry and set aside.

   

3. 3 Pour water into the pot, add pears, white fungus, and longan, boil over low heat for 40 minutes, add rock sugar and wolfberry, and cook for another 10 minutes until complete.
