Dry eggs and cut into thin slices.

After preheating the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil. When the oil temperature rises, add the vegetables.

Stir-fry for a few times and then add appropriate amount of salt, Nande and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

When the vegetables are almost cooked, stir-fry and add the dried eggs.

Stir fry evenly until vegetables are cooked through.

Remove and serve on a plate.
