Overview

The two ingredients that my children like to eat are the spinach that Popeye loves, and the chewy and nutritious yuba. There are no extra seasonings, only slightly spicy and slightly numb, and it is quite light. It is quite good for dinner.

  1. Soak the yuba, cut into thin strips, and blanch in boiling water for two minutes until soft.

  2. Pick and wash the spinach and set aside.

  3. Blanch it in boiling water until soft, take it out and let it cool.

  4. Squeeze the water from the spinach and cut into several sections with a knife.

  5. Prepare homemade sesame chili oil.

  6. Add sesame chili oil, salt, a little vinegar, and a few drops of very fresh flavor into the dish, mix well and eat.
