Milky protein and shredded coconut balls
Overview
Yesterday I made cookies and there were a few egg whites left over that I couldn’t eat. Today I made egg white shredded shredded coconut balls. I used Junzi’s recipe, but reduced the amount of sugar.

Weigh 80 grams of shredded coconut

Then pour in cake flour and milk powder

Put sugar, I used white cotton candy

Stir all the ingredients in the bowl and mix well

Whisk the egg whites

Pour into the shredded coconut bowl

Then knead it with your hands to form a dough

Preheat the oven, I used low temperature 135 degrees for 25 minutes

If the temperature is too high, the outside will be burnt and the inside will be undercooked. You can adjust it according to your own oven
