Overview

I have heard about it for a long time, but I have never made it. It is said that girls drink this soup to replenish their blood. Three reds, red dates, red beans, and red peanuts. There was a handful of peanuts, but they were roasted, so I made do with them. The red dates are very big. If there are three red dates, just use three. Wash and remove the pits. It is said that jujube pits are more likely to cause internal heat. Use an electric stew pot to make soup. You can stew the beans until they are crispy without soaking them in advance.
