  1. Wash the vermicelli and set aside!

  2. Soak the vermicelli in cold water for ten minutes!

  3. Soak the shrimps in water for ten minutes!

  4. Wash the lean meat, chop it into pieces, and marinate it with peanut oil, salt, fish sauce and light soy sauce for ten minutes!

  5. Heat the oil pan and fry the minced meat!

  6. Pack up the fried minced meat and set aside!

  7. Heat the oil pan!

  8. Pour the washed dried shrimps into the wok, add 500 ml of water and salt and bring to a boil!

  9. It's boiling, add some light soy sauce!

  10. Pour the vermicelli into the wok and cook!

  11. Keep stirring during this period and pour the minced meat into the vermicelli pot!

  12. Add an appropriate amount of peanut oil to avoid burning the bottom, and continue to stir-fry!
