Small Pai Bao
Overview
I made too many rice dumplings at once. These days, it’s almost all rice dumplings in the morning, and rice at noon. I miss the taste of wheat... Yesterday, the temperature in Shanghai was said to have exceeded 30 degrees. Finally, I don’t have to worry about taking too long to ferment the dough and produce too much water to make bread with bad taste. At noon, when it’s the hottest time, I made a bread without saying a word~ The recipe is relatively simple, but it’s really delicious!
