Stir-fried bamboo shoots with bacon
Overview
I like the smoky taste of bacon. It’s fat and lean, fragrant but not greasy. It’s delicious no matter how you cook it. Served with slices of bamboo shoots, they are green, crisp and refreshing, eye-catching and appetizing.

Peel the green bamboo shoots, wash and cut into diamond shapes

Chopped garlic

Blanch it in water

Remove and control the water

Bacon cut into cubes

Put a little oil in the pot, sauté the minced garlic, add bacon and a little vinegar

Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry over high heat

Add salt and pepper to taste

Remove from pan and plate.
