Grilled Chicken Wings with Turkey Sauce

There are flower knives on both sides.

Soak in clean water for 20 minutes.

Turkey Sauce. (Turkey fabric bags are also available)

Pour the chicken wings into water, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, turkey sauce, a little white pepper to remove the fishy smell, and then cut into appropriate shreds of ginger.

Catch evenly and marinate for 30 minutes.

Place tin foil on a baking sheet and fold up the sides to prevent the juice from flowing onto the baking sheet. Brush the chicken wings with oil.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, set the upper and lower heat to 200 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.

Brush with a layer of marinated chicken wings sauce and then a layer of oil.

Bake for another 8 minutes or so.

Take out the tin foil and brush a layer of turkey sauce directly on the chicken wings. The red color will be more beautiful. Bake at 230 degrees for two or three minutes. This time may be increased or decreased depending on the situation.
