Mix flour, yeast and sugar with appropriate amount of warm water to form a dough, then ferment for about three hours, until the volume doubles

After the dough has fermented, divide it into small portions

Then roll it into a round ball and close the mouth

Then it is covered with cocoa powder

Then put it into the steamer with the side dipped in cocoa powder facing up, and put the mushroom caps on for 20 minutes

Then make the mushrooms (I actually forgot to take a picture of this step, this is someone else’s picture, haha), and make them into small sections. You can also knead a whole piece of dough into thin strips and cut it into sections from the middle

Put it on the pot and steam it for fifteen minutes

Then put the mushroom caps and mushroom handles together and it’s perfect
