Stir-fried Broccoli with Gluten Oil
Overview
This dish can be regarded as my private dish. It is my favorite way to make it. Because I like to eat both ingredients, I often eat them together. For this reason, my husband often jokes that this is my patented dish. Haha, when I cook dishes specially for myself, I usually consider my son and his taste. This is finally selfish of me. Broccoli is rich in nutrients, can enhance immunity, and has anti-cancer effects. Gluten is the essence of flour and is rich in high-quality plant protein. The combination of the two is nutritious, healthy and delicious.

Cut the broccoli into small florets, wash them with clean water and soak them in light salt water for 10 minutes to fully remove pesticide residues. Blanching it in boiling water not only makes it taste better, but also further removes pesticide residues.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the onions, ginger, garlic and chili peppers
