Claypot rice with fried onions and meat
Overview
First time posting a recipe. Looking through the photos I saved before, I found that there were several steps that I didn’t take pictures of. Between the photos of the steps and the bland text descriptions, can a casserole lover's love for food still be vaguely visible?

Steps
-
Cut onions, green peppers, and meat and set aside.
-
Prepare a casserole and apply a layer of cooking oil around the pot.
-
Put the washed rice into a casserole, add twice the amount of water, and soak.
-
Take another wok, add oil, add garlic and stir-fry, then add green pepper.
-
Continue to add meat and onions and stir-fry
-
Stir fry until half cooked.
-
Pour in soy sauce
-
Add appropriate amount of salt
-
Continue to stir-fry until all the ingredients are mixed together.
-
Transfer to a plate
-
Put the side dishes on the plate and wait patiently for the rice to come
-
Boil the previously soaked rice in a casserole over high heat.
-
Cover the lid, simmer, and listen carefully to the sound of gurgling coming from the pot
-
After the water boils, turn to low heat and simmer slowly.
-
Open the lid and observe the rice grains
-
When you find the water is dry, drizzle oil around the edges of the pot to prevent burning. And can make the crispy rice crispy.
-
Then put the previously fried vegetables on top of the rice, continue to heat over low heat for a while, and the fragrant claypot rice will come out of the oven.
-
You can use soy sauce and oil to make a sauce and pour it on the surface of the clay pot rice. Let’s eat! ·There are already foodies nearby who can’t hold themselves back~
