Spicy Konjac Shreds

This is a small snack often seen in supermarkets. If you are doing health and hygiene at home, you can make such a big portion for just one dollar of konjac.

I bought fresh konjac from the supermarket, washed and cut into strips

Put water in the pot, open the water and add the konjac blanch water.

Put a little more oil in the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, add shredded konjac and fry slowly over low heat. Can the excess water inside be fried only by turning on low heat?

When the frying is slightly dry, we turn on medium heat.

Turn on high heat.

Deep fry the konjac shreds to make them dry. This depends on your own taste. But I personally don’t think it should be fried too much, otherwise it will taste bad.

Stir all condiments evenly.
