Overview
It’s really good as a small snack. It’s fragrant and crispy. I didn’t add any sugar. If you like it sweet, you can add an appropriate amount of sugar

Sweet potatoes are cooked and pressed into puree

Take a bowl, put in the flour, and add the butter cut into small pieces (refrigerated directly)

Mix quickly with a fork to prevent butter from softening

Cut off the irregularities on the four sides of the rolled sheet, then roll the corners into thin sheets again

Beat the egg yolk with a small amount of egg white and spread evenly on the dough sheet

Sprinkle an even layer of white sesame seeds and then an even layer of black sesame seeds

Arrange them neatly on the baking sheet, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes. Do not take them out after baking until they cool down, so that they are crispy
